Welcome to MeruX, an online learning and innovation platform operated by Meru Tech and Innovation Hub ("MTIH", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using MeruX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the platform.

Users must provide accurate information during registration.

You are responsible for:

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or violations of these terms.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Courses, lessons, assessments, videos, and materials available on MeruX remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Users may access content solely for educational purposes and may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize content without authorization.

Certificates issued through MeruX are based on successful completion of course requirements. Meru Tech and Innovation Hub reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through academic dishonesty, fraud, or violation of platform rules.

MeruX may utilize Artificial Intelligence technologies to:

• Generate learning materials
• Summarize content
• Answer educational questions
• Support learning activities

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to verify critical information with instructors or official course materials.

Users participating in virtual sessions, coaching programs, or mentorship activities must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Session recordings may be stored for educational, quality assurance, and compliance purposes.

Personal data is handled according to the MeruX Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, technical failures, or external service interruptions may occasionally affect access.

Meru Tech and Innovation Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and should not be considered legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
